| Fuding White Peony White Tea
Fuding White Peony Tea (Fuding Bai Mu Dan) is a style of white tea that incorporates one bud and two leaves. It is picked in late spring. The signature look of a top grade white peony is a game of contrast: on one side, micro silver fuzz, scientifically called filament blanketing the bud, and on the other side, two opened leaves of an intense sage green hue.
Medium body, bold, hints of oak, and vanilla with a coppery brew. The finish is an exquisite lingering fragrance with a light honey sweetness devoid of astringency or grass-like notes.
Origin: Fuding, Fujian China
