Globally acclaimed, award winning tea expert, Gregory Lui is the co-founding visionary behind Leilani Fine Tea. His name is synonymous with opulent tea blends and single estate rare tea leaves. Lui has designed tea collections for some of North America’s most iconic tea brands, Michelin Starred restaurants, and five-diamond luxury hotel groups. He has helped countless companies win more top awards (200+) at the bi-annual Global Tea Championship than any tea specialist in North America in the past ten years. Cindy Lui
Co-Founder Cindy Lui and wife of Chartered Tea Master Gregory Lui has over 20 years in the food services industry. Cindy has worked the full spectrum of F&B from intimate catering events to managing the food and beverage team during the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver at Canada Hockey Place.  She was also a seasoned professional in the photography industry from managing studios to product photography to directing creative post-productions. While she has no formal training in the tea industry, she brings a fresh perspective to the humble tea leaf. Collaborating with Gregory, she will be able to incorporate original innovative ideas to the tea buying experience. Cindy is determined to bring you the tea world’s best kept secret.
