Tea Club FAQs
How much is your membership?
We offer 6 and 12 month memberships to The Connoisseur Portfolio Tea Club.
Our 6 month membership is $350 and includes 2 shipments of 4 unique teas (50 grams each, 2 unique teas per shipment) plus 15% off our e-store.
Our 12 month membership is $650 and includes 4 shipments of 8 unique teas (50 grams each, 2 unique teas per shipment), 15% off our online store, plus 100 grams of a Limited Edition Bespoke Tea in the Winter shipment. It is an upfront payment and a minimum of 6 month agreement.
Prices include any applicable taxes, shipping and duties that may occur.
Cancellation/Renewals
Your premium membership is set for one full year or 6 months. Members are committed to a minimum of 6 months. If you choose to cancel after the minimum commitment, we will refund you the amount divided by the months left based on the annual rate. For example, if you cancel with 4 months remaining, we will refund you 4 x $54.17 = $216.68. Refunds may take up to 5 weeks to process. Contact us at info@leilanifinetea.com.

What kind of tea is included?
Opulence, rarity and exclusivity are the hallmarks of The Connoisseur Portfolio Tea Club. It is a unique tea journey reimagined to inspire exploration in its purest form. All camellia sinensis teas: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and Pu'erh tea are potential candidates. The selection process is highly coordinated but without predetermination unlike our tea offerings on our public online store. The vision behind this method is similar to a prix fixe menu at your favorite Michelin starred restaurant.
If you’re only doing 4 shipments, why isn’t it every 3 months?
We ship out our tea for the tea club based on the harvesting cycle in which the types of tea are best available at that time. Some teas are spring picked while others are harvested in mid autumn. The Connoisseur Portfolio Tea Club is committed in delivering the freshest most aromatic opulent teas to its members before anyone else. It is very similar to the fine dining concept of farm-to-table.
How long does my membership last?
You may sign up for a 6 month or 12 month membership. Your membership starts on the first day we send you your unique 15% off code and ends on the last day of the 6th or 12th month. For example, if you sign up on February 8th than your 6 month membership will end on August 31st or March 31st the following year.
I can’t seem to join the tea club why?
Membership is currently only open to Canada and the United States of America.
Why didn’t I get my Limited Edition Bespoke Tea at the end of the year?
The Limited Edition Bespoke Tea is only available to our 12 month members and is sent out in their December box. This tea is not available for sale to the public.
Can I give The Connoisseur Portfolio Tea Club Membership as a gift?
Yes! Of course! Simply enter the gift recipient’s shipping information, email address, and your personalized gift note at check out. Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also download and print a gift note to let your recipient know their first box is on the way. Thanks for gifting!
