We use Shopify to host our website as well as process our payments and do not consider them a third party. However, we will be required to share your personal information with the logistic company for them to delivery your items. If required by law - Leilani Fine Tea may share the collected information specifically in response to a demand from government authorities where such demand meets the legal requirements. 

Protection of your information is taken very seriously. We limit access and use state of the art technologies to safeguard your personal informational from unauthorized intrusions. While no security procedure is currently 100% effective rest assure, we use the safest platform we could find. Should any breach of your personal information occur, we will inform you as soon as possible.
