Authentic Jin Jun Mei is made with early spring picked pure tea buds exclusively harvested at an altitude of at least 1,800 feet high. To make 100 grams of this tea you will need 10,000 pure buds. An experienced tea picker could only pluck 2,000 buds in one day. To produce 100 grams of the tea, it will take 5 skilled tea pickers working from dawn to dusk to fulfill this micro order.
