The secrets revealed: calcium rich limestone soil, crystal clear spring water, morning mists and river fog together with exclusive tea cultivars (Asatsuyu and Yabukita) and an unadulterated mastery of tea making going back to that faithful day when Monk Eisai planted the first tea seed that he brought home from Zhejiang, China. The result is a Japanese premium Sencha green tea singular in quality and legendary in stature.
